About Dr. Deepak Jha
Dr. Deepak Jha is an alumnus of the Department of Surgical Oncology at AIIMS, specializing primarily in Breast Surgery.
After completing his training in Surgical Oncology at IRCH-AIIMS, he received extensive advanced training in breast surgery and breast reconstruction. He is among the first surgeons in India to receive a Breast Surgery fellowship from the European Board of Surgery and trained in Breast Oncoplasty through the European Society of Surgical Oncology.
Dr. Jha also completed an observership in Breast Surgery at Vall d’Hebron Hospital, Barcelona, Spain.
Previously, he has been associated with Fortis Hospitals (FMRI, Gurugram and Fortis Hospital, Vasant Kunj) and the Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute.
He specializes in breast-preserving and reconstructive surgery, performing complex procedures such as Nipple Sparing Mastectomy, Radioguided Breast Surgery (ROLL), Sentinel Biopsy, Arm Reverse Mapping for lymphedema prevention, Breast Conservation & Oncoplasty Surgery, and DIEP free flap reconstruction.
