About Dr. Anil Sharma
Dr. Anil Sharma is a Senior Consultant in the Department of Renal Sciences and Urology with extensive experience in kidney transplantation, endourology, and men’s health.
He completed his MCh in Urology from Government Medical College, Calicut, Kerala in 2014. He gained expertise in endourological procedures such as URS, RIRS, TURP, and PCNL during his tenure at Dr. BSA Medical College and Hospital, New Delhi.
He pursued a Fellowship in Renal Transplant from Medanta – The Medicity in 2017, where he received advanced training in laparoscopic donor nephrectomies and recipient surgeries.
Following this, he served as Associate Consultant at Medanta and later as Consultant in Renal Transplant and Urology at ILBS, New Delhi until 2021. He also practiced as a Urology Specialist in the UAE from 2021 to 2022.
Dr. Sharma has published multiple research papers as lead author in PubMed-indexed international journals, authored book chapters, and serves as a reviewer for reputed international medical journals. He is frequently invited to present his work at national and international conferences.
